International Women's Day
As advancing technology and employees with leverage promote a transformed workplace, women still earn $.82 for every $1 that men earn. Too few of them hold positions of power as CEOs, board members, and other executives. While progress is happening, it has been too slow. Human Resources leaders are taking action to support women and other underrepresented groups, so organizations better reflect the society they are serving. International Women's Day, March 8, is an opportunity to recognize the hard work of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. It's also a chance to set bigger goals, come up with actionable ideas, and share the stories of women. Join us at HR Exchange Network in this activism and celebration.
