Intuit’s LMS needed a boost. The company took the initiative to create a new learning experience for their workers that not only involved new technology, but a redeveloped approach to L&D more focused on providing the guidance and direction employees were looking for.
To do it, the company redistributed ownership of L&D technology between the CHRO and the Chief Information Technology Officer. Together, they created a flexible digital L&D ecosystem by standing up three integrated solutions in less than 12 months.
Join us to explore how Intuit did it — just in time — by establishing a business case for change, choosing the right technologies, and quickly implementing a model designed to prioritize the learner experience and help employees change old behaviors.
Key takeaways include:
- Learn about how Intuit transformed to a skills-based future
- Learn how to build a flexible digital L&D ecosystem
- Apply a "just in time" approach to overhauling L&D.
