Business leaders are scanning the horizon for signs of a potential recession and are looking to save money in their budgets where they can. Often it is the learning budget that first feels the crunch.
But learning leaders know that for every action or inaction in talent development, there is another kind of associated cost. If your learning budget gets slashed, it’s no surprise that employee productivity and engagement can drop significantly, risking your organization’s viability for the future. If your learning programs remain frozen and unchanged, you will likely fall behind your competition by the time the economy recovers. Now is the perfect time to strategize and invest in your learning programs.
In this webinar, you will learn:
- The short- and long-term impacts of cutting employee learning and development during an economic downturn
- How to gain leadership buy-in on investing in learning programs during a downturn
- A learning strategy for doing more with less
- How to create the maximum business impact with your learning programs
