Melanie Davis is the Chief Learning Officer at Ford, a lifelong learner, and a serial college dropout with a master's degree. While she is confident she prefers learning in-person, the time she spends listening to Audible books would suggest otherwise. Her proudest achievements include: Developing an escape room for a hundred people set in a galaxy far away to teach innovation, self-awareness, and inclusion. And convincing her husband that they needed at least two dogs. Melanie's purpose is to ensure people are equipped to become the best and most authentic version of themselves; it's that and a great cup of coffee that get her up in the morning.
