With 2020 coming to an end, many a business professional is thinking about budgets and that includes HR. A recent survey from the HR Exchange Network shows that a significant portion of HR professionals are expecting to lose budget in 2021.
Among other challenges, HR is also focusing on employee wellness, mental health and coaching than ever before.
