Did you know that disconnected employees are four times as likely to quit in the next six months? That's why creating an effective employee engagement program is a necessity. Knowing where to begin can be a challenge. The first step is understanding what employees need. 

Recently, Enboarder uncovered top trends based on responses from 900 full-time employees in the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. The data is eye opening. Only 40% of employees in the UK feel very connected to co-workers. And 78% of respondents in the UK said they agreed with the statement, "It's been challenging for my company to retain employees over the past year." There's urgency for people leaders to act.
